• Once payment is received, your order will be lovingly prepared and shipped.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason (including if Bean swats it off the table in protest).

• We ship via standard carriers with tracking numbers provided when available.

• Processing time may vary (usually 3–5 business days), as each order is handmade.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

• If your item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make things right.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or rough pet play.

• Fabric colors and prints change frequently, especially in mystery bundles.

• All toys are designed for supervised play. No toy is indestructible. We are not liable for any injury or damage caused by unsupervised use or misuse.

• Remove damaged toys to avoid hazards, and never leave pets alone with toys not meant for unsupervised play.

Bean Burrito is our inspiration and resident chaos coordinator. She reserves the right to approve all designs, test all products, and occasionally photobomb your packages with a stray floof.
